Time Warner Cable

As one of the leading service providers in the United States, Time Warner Cable had an online experience that was outdated and cumbersome. To improve the experience, they engaged Siteworx to redesign their suite of properties. As part of the project, I took on the challenge of modernizing the residential and support areas of their platform. My role involved refreshing the visual design and optimizing the user experience to make it more intuitive and seamless for customers.
